A practical guide you can use this week.

- Build expandable answers: answer → reason → example → follow-up detail.
- Record short responses and listen for clarity, pace and recurring errors.
- Practise reacting to unexpected follow-up questions.
What strong preparation looks like.
The oral becomes easier when preparation moves beyond memorising isolated model answers. Students need flexible vocabulary, familiar topic structures and regular speaking practice.

A simple weekly routine.
Two or three short speaking sessions each week are more useful than one long session immediately before the exam.
- 10 minutes: personal questions and familiar themes.
- 10 minutes: role-play / stimulus-style spontaneous language where relevant.
- 5 minutes: pronunciation and correction review.
- Finish by noting five expressions you want to reuse next time.
