Different starting points
We do not assume every child learns Spanish in the same way.
Some children are complete beginners; others understand Spanish at home but answer in English; siblings can also arrive with different levels. We use that context when recommending a group.
Complete beginners
Games, routines, repetition and simple speaking build a comfortable first relationship with Spanish.
Bilingual / heritage learners
Children who understand more than they speak can be encouraged towards active use without unnecessary pressure.
Siblings
Tell us each child’s age and Spanish exposure. We will advise whether the same group makes sense.
Not sure about age fit?
Send us the child’s age before booking. Group suitability depends on the current cohort, not just a single minimum-age rule.

Questions
Kids Spanish FAQs
Does my child need previous Spanish?
No. We have beginner-friendly routes, and we also consider children who already hear or understand Spanish at home.
Can siblings with different levels join?
Possibly. Send us the ages and Spanish background of both children and we will advise whether one group or different groups would work better.
How long is the club term?
The current club format is an 8-week term, designed to give children continuity with the same group and teaching plan.
How much is the Terenure Saturday club?
The Terenure club is €120 for the full 8-week term. Rathgar availability and pricing are shown in the live booking products on this page.
Which group is right for your child?
Tell us your child’s age, Spanish exposure and preferred location. We will recommend the best group.
