Hablo Español LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile applications Tap Spanish and Tap Irish (the “Apps”).
By using the Apps, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
1. Data Controller
Hablo Español LTD is the data controller of personal data under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and UK GDPR.
2. Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide
- Account information: No account is required to use the core features of the Apps.
- User content: If you submit text or other content (e.g. prompts, vocabulary, phrases) for learning features, including AI-powered features, that content may be processed by us and by third-party providers such as OpenAI to generate responses.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in your inputs.
b) Usage and Device Information
We may collect pseudonymous or aggregated information, including:
- App interactions and usage data
- Device and system information (device model, OS version, app version, language)
- IP address and approximate location (city/region)
- Advertising identifier (where available)
This data is collected via analytics and advertising SDKs to operate, secure, improve, and monetize the Apps.
c) Location
We do not collect precise location data. Approximate location may be inferred from IP address by third-party services.
d) Children
The Apps are intended for users aged 6 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 6.
3. How We Use Information

- Provide AI-powered learning features

4. AI Features (OpenAI)

AI-generated content may be inaccurate and is provided for educational purposes only.
5. Advertising & Analytics
The Apps may show ads served by third-party networks (e.g. Google AdMob, IronSource). These partners may collect device and usage data to:
- Serve and measure ads
- Prevent fraud
- Personalize ads where permitted by law or consent
On iOS, tracking is subject to Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework.
